Frequently asked questions

No. Just order, and we send you a private link to your job by SMS. You can track any job with its reference and your phone number. An account is optional if you want to see all your jobs in one place.

As soon as your payment is confirmed. For services that need a quotation, we first send you the price and estimated time to approve.

A 6-digit code generated automatically for your job and sent to you by SMS once you have paid. Present it with your job reference when collecting. Keep it private — whoever has it can collect your job.

Each service shows a typical time. After payment we give you an estimated completion time based on our opening hours and current workload, and we tell you if it changes.

Official fees (eCitizen, KRA, NTSA etc.) are paid at official rates and shown separately from our service fee. Some services require you to attend in person, provide biometrics or original documents.

Your documents are stored securely and seen only by our staff working on your job. We never keep your portal passwords or M-Pesa PIN.
